Inoxtruck achieves ISO 14001 environmental certification
We are pleased to announce that Inoxtruck has officially achieved ISO 14001 certification, the international benchmark standard for environmental management systems (EMS). This certification, accredited by TÜV Rheinland, represents a firm step forward in our commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement in all our processes.
What is ISO 14001?
The ISO 14001 standard sets out the requirements for implementing an effective environmental management system. It aims to help organisations identify, control and reduce their environmental impact. Obtaining this certification demonstrates that Inoxtruck complies with strict environmental regulations and applies good practice at all levels of the organisation.
Strengths identified in the last external audit
The effectiveness of the environmental management system is checked annually through external audits, the audit team checks the conformity of the workflows with the requirements of the standard and with what is described in the management system documentation. The special characteristics of the audited activity are also taken into account in addition to the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The last audit highlighted the following strengths:
Significant reduction of 50% in electricity consumption through the installation of photovoltaic panels, LED lights, detectors, timers, etc....
Resources invested in water sanitation, heating, roof improvements, etc.
