The Inoxtruck Column Tipper allows ergonomic lifting and tipping of the load, thanks to the 135° tilting system. This equipment has an innovative design that allows a totally ergonomic handling and tipping of elevated mixers or crushers, reducing efforts. The mobile base allows the movement of the tower, for the turning of the product in different areas of the production room. Customisable discharge height from 1400mm to 2500mm.

The completely open chassis, the watertight compartment for the lifting system where all electronic equipment is protected and the controls with lifting and high IP protections characterise the hygienic design to the maximum expression, in which folds and nooks and crannies disappear, and together with the continuous welding seams allow the complete cleaning of the equipment without affecting its operation.
The pilot-controlled hydraulic system allows the angle of rotation to be adjusted during tipping to enable gradual unloading of the product if necessary. The lifting and tipping buttons, placed on the tower structure, allow the load to be handled in complete safety. The automatic anchoring system for entry and exit of eurobins makes this equipment more ergonomic and safe.
Made entirely of stainless steel, including hydraulic equipment.
All the bearings of the tipper are sealed and lubricated at source. All the joints are fitted with polymer bearings that do not require lubrication. The watertight batteries fitted to this equipment are maintenance-free.
