The open forks and chassis, the watertight compartment protecting the electronic equipment and the IP65 or higher protection lifting controls characterise the sanitisable design of the initial lift tippers. The disappearance of folds and creases, together with the continuous weld seams, allow the equipment to be thoroughly cleaned without affecting its operation.
The independent tilting structure and the remote control allow the operator to handle it easily, reducing efforts and saving time in picking up and tipping the load. The equipment incorporates a safety valve to prevent the load from falling in the event of hydraulic breakage.
Made entirely of stainless steel, including hydraulic equipment.
All the bearings of the tipper are sealed and lubricated at source. All the joints are fitted with polymer bearings that do not require lubrication. The watertight batteries fitted to this equipment are maintenance-free.
